Some times, it's greed that makes some people not to accept cash out, they could think they are being smart by holding unto the game until they lose everything when the game bust. I have learned so much harsh lessons from losses that I deviced a strategy of staking on parlays and ever since I started using the strategy, I don't give chance to winning opportunities. It's either I accept one cash out on the first slip and allow the second slip to play out.
It's not a matter of strategy, but when it's worth withdrawing your winnings, I think it will depend on what your deposit is, if it's frankly small, then you shouldn't withdraw before you make x2, and if it's big enough, then you can set yourself the levels you'll reach when you withdraw, for example, you withdraw when you reach $100 (or more) in winnings, or $50, it's not that important, the most important thing is that there is such a tendency and compliance with this rule.
