With Barcelona still going strong at UCL, and Real Madrid out, this could change somethings in the league. We have seen Barcelona play not so great football against Dortmund and lose, but they won the series on aggregate so we could definitely assume that they are going to be strong on semi finals as well.
Barcelona was qualified and afforded to lose, Real didn't and fought every bit, and still lost.
Barcelona can afford to lose a match in La Liga, while Real again can't, if they lose 3 more points next round, then they will have to win 6 consecutive matches, beat Barca in the direct game, and still hope Barca on top of that loses a game and at least draws one.
So the thing is, if Barca beats Celta next round, they can easily afford to rest their players between the Inter matches in La Liga as they meet the last team, Valladolid between the CL matches, so they can take it all easy, Real doens't even have this luxury as they will have to give it all to beat them at least in the Copa.
