Being aware of this it's not going to be hard to control our emotions if we have discipline. As long as we're playing in moderation and able to stop when already needed, then you can prevent becoming an addicted gambler since you know your limit and not greedy to win. Past experiences can help to accept the situation if we happen to lose again.
Discipline is the best weapon against emotions, as long as it is accompanied by good and clear risk management with our money, On a personal level, we should always consider that the most common things sometimes turn out to be more complicated. It is clear that emotions are not extremely difficult to control, but there are other things that we should take advantage of to control everything , and that is money together with discipline.

When it come to the aspect of discipline, we all know that's its not as easy as it sounds, it more complicated than we can imagine.  Even a non addicted  gambler sometimes go against his disciplinary rule but the only difference between them and other gamblers is the fact that, they always finds their way back to the rules. Though I must confess that it is achievable but you'll  be making a lot of sacrifices like abandoning the pleasure to continue which is formally  known as greed, gamblers who wants to give discipline a try should first of all admit that gamble is a game of luck because not every gambler like to see gamble in that manner, they always want to believe that they'll hit the jackpot soon, whereas there is no certainty that it's possible for them to.
