I sent a deposit during the downtime. Didn't know it was down.
It showed as pending after the site came back. Now it shows complete but I never got my deposit credited.
Contacted support, they said they will look into it. Nothing so far.
Anyone else having the same problem?
If you have already sent an email to support, avoid sending new ones, but answer for the same one they answered you, so it will be more effective than sending new emails
