One that has open spots ? I joined old ones in the past but now all I see is campaigns restricted to Sr members and above.

Slot for full member opens, with your activity right now you won't be making top of the list since there has already been more active members existing for long in your absence. Try to rebuild your activity, don't place much certainty on joining campaigns first, you will in due time.
