After what Madrid experienced in the UCL, the players condition must be in a slump. Plus there are rumors that Ancelotti will leave at the end of this season, precisely after the CDR final. Like it or not, Ancelotti has given his best but his era is indeed over and Madrid must be able to adjust to the modern era game with a coach who has a better system. The La Liga trophy will be easily locked by Barcelona so it is quite difficult for Madrid to catch up on the points even though the difference is 4 points but in fact the quality of Real Madrid game is still far from ideal.
There are reports already circulating about Real Madrid looking for a replacement for Carlo Ancelotti. He has indeed tried for all the times he has spent in the club, he has done his part well but for every beginning, there is always an ending to it. I will not say he has been a bad coach or never did he failed woefully in his task been given to him, but this season is not just for him and had to lost out. Real Madrid as a team are always looking for the best result in every season, your number of good records won’t matter again when you don’t give them the best results of their expectancy.
I think they will be parting way in good time and I wish Ancelotti all the best in his future career, he’s one of the best and no doubt about that to be honest. He may not stay out long without getting a new team to manage, he’ll give the best result anywhere he finds himself soon after leaving Real Madrid. We shall see who Real Madrid will bring as a replacement for him, hopefully he doesn’t end up like Manchester United coach after been given the task and still not giving the result expected from him in his first season.
