Look, people have anger in them, and I do believe you and Vod both have this, too. When someone insults others with a motive to hurt them, it does not mean they are mentally unwell. It is obvious that Vod was trolling you, saying you were planningan exit scam. If you do not have any service here and you do not have any active loans, it doesn't really matter if you disappear one day. Everybody has their personal life, and they can disappear even without telling the community that they are leaving.

I am kind of sure that you also said he is mentally unwell with the motive to insult him. I don't see any other reason why you would call him mentally unwell and offer money for treatment.
