What have universities done the most to promote violence? There are recent news stories about alleged allowance of threats against Jews, but I have not seen any firm evidence of that. Of course all public schools would likely support the use of violence via taxation including property taxes to collect money for them selves, but I can't say I know of teachers who directly call for that either.
Here is the fucking letter I have received after reporting the university for being fucked up. You will probably agree with the letter because most people are fucked up pieces of shit.
Dear Mr. Van Name:
This is in response to your letter written to Governor Hochul dated April 15. 2023, stating that you were a professor at the City University of New York ("CUNY™) and that during your time on campus, you reported two separate incidents alleging student misconduct. We understand that you last taught at The City College of New York (CCNY) in December 2020 and that both of these incident reports were filed during your employment at City College.
CCNY has conducted a search of our records and we have not found any records of a student engaging in violence against you. We do have two reports, handled by our Public Safety and Student Affairs Offices. that we show as closed. One case is specific to a student who, as someone with English as their second language, misinterpreted the First Amendment and Second Amendment during a discussion with you. The second incident report shows that your complaint was submitted to the Chief Diversity Office at City College and that a resolution was provided to both you and the student in question, with the student dropping your class and confirming they would not register for any classes you were teaching at the time.
As stated in the CUNY Workplace Violence Policy and Procedures, CUNY has a longstanding commitment to promoting a safe and secure academic and work environment, and all students.faculty and staff are expected to maintain a working and learning environment free from violence. Threats of violence should be reported to Campus Public Safety. If you wish to provide additional information regarding the incident, you may contact Kisha Shrouder. Executive Director of Human Resources at CCNY at
kshrouder@ccny.cuny.edu.
Notice how nothing in the letter even remotely makes any sense. I was teaching mathematics, and a discussion of the First and Second Amendments have nothing to do with the topic. The only reason why this is in the letter is because universities are fucked up pieces of shit. Universities promote violence and they always defend their garbage behavior. Most people defend universities because they are fucked up. Universities promote violence. They have punished me for cancelling class when I was threatened with violence. This means that universities are just shit shows where people are becoming stupider and stupider. You will probably not believe me even though I have posted the letter because you are stupid.
Regards,
-Joseph Van Name Ph.D.
It is common for large corporations or bureaucracies to punish people for complaining about violence against them. And of course it is quite easy to believe you were a school professor threatened in a specific class, then canceled that class, then punished for canceling that specific class.
What was said in specific that you found to be threatening? I strongly disagree that I am stupid. Is that an assumption you make about everyone but yourself? Is there something in specific I said to have you offer that label?
