If the conditions happen like this every season then maybe investors will have difficulty entering because they prefer other Leagues compared to Ligue 1. There needs to be some kind of change that must be made especially for each club that is there because now this league is seen as less competitive. If PSG can reach the best level in the Champions League then I think that is reasonable because they do have quite good financial resources.
What is needed now is how other teams can reach a much better level like Lyon when competing in the Europa League but they failed again after not achieving victory when facing Manchester United in the second leg. Next season there must be an effort that needs to be made by each team and it must really happen because it requires big changes.
I would assume it is easier to get into Ligue 1 than most other leagues. Why? Because for a price you would have to pay for a championship level team at England, you are getting a team that can rival for the top team.
For England, championship teams could spend upwards to 100 million, and if they go up to premier league, they get even more. But here? With that kind of money, you could literally build a team that will stay at second place, if you spend only 100 million a year, then you are going to be second place and that is why investing is a lot easier. Then, you are making an income too, so not like all of it is expense, so not all comes out of peoples pockets. We need rich owners to see how much chance they have here.
