We’re in Q2 2025 and the Fed is still holding rates high with no clear pivot in sight. Meanwhile, the U.S. needs to refinance around $6.5 trillion in debt right now, at significantly higher rates than just a few years ago.

Powell says his actions are not politically motivated but they must be. He cut rates by 0.50% just before the election. I think he really dislikes Trump & wants to piss him off. I think if Powell refuses to cut rates soon then Trump will go through the courts to try & remove him.
The Fed is treating this whole Trump thing like a phase in their operations. If Trump doesn't make it work fast, he will be out of office, and nobody knows what will happen next. While Vance is like Trump in many ways, he is more in the direction of keeping the status quo with the banks. He might get in after Trump, and the whole thing could snap back to the Biden team idea for enslaving America and the world. It all has to do with banking industry corruption.
