If he manage to get this 15% in short period of time, it is reasonable if he received the offer because 15% starting from Platinum 6 to Diamond is already more than $2 million wager.
Even it is only 5%-10% only, it is still considered as nice wagered amount on Stake and usually those who can wager like $500k within a month will also get Top VIP monthly bonus.
Now the question for AHOY, is he wagering decent amount before he received the VIP ladder bonus or is it the opposite (not as much as before or even being inactive).
These 2 reasons can be the reason why he get the VIP ladder bonus but it will be more reasonable if he get the bonus because of his wagering activity which boost his VIP progress.
