For me? Yeah, I blame myself a lot too, maybe even too much.

But I’d love to hear your story. I’m sure you’ve also been hard on yourself, not just after losses but even after wins.
Can you share a specific moment you’ll never forget? One where you held yourself fully accountable, regretted it deeply, and promised, ‘Never again’?
Gambling will gradually get you addicted to its deep addiction. This happens to me too. The most annoying thing about gambling is that after increasing your money several times, you continue gambling and then lose all your balance. Because as long as you have a balance, there is no magic on that money. When all your money becomes zero, then you regret a lot. And at that time it is normal to blame yourself. I myself have blamed myself a lot because of various gambling activities. I enjoyed gambling a lot but I lost a huge amount of money there.
Gambling addiction is so terrible that it can completely devastate a gambler. The temptation of gambling is very harmful, most gamblers are initially attracted to gambling more deeply through small wins, then they start to have a lot of confidence, they think that this is how the wins will keep coming, so they decide to gamble with a large amount of money, and this is the first step of their addiction. They become confident and start gambling with more money and from then on their losses start, they keep losing but even after that they cannot stop gambling. Because they are then completely addicted to gambling, the amount of their losses will only increase, and at one stage they will lose a lot of their valuable things. So, one should continue gambling with the right perspective, those who cannot understand reality, he will never be able to survive the disaster.
