How would it be? Modders don't do any real work, the manufacturer does the support for new hardware, they never have to work by themselves to support new stuff. Years ago Marc the liar and alias Victor said they would replace cgminer, they of course never did it because that would force them to work, so stealing cgminer remains their game.

The S19i uses a different chip (BM1360) and demand was so low the devs skipped it entirely, that is why it has never been supported. I don't recall ever seen it shown as supported nowhere, i believe you confused yourself with the S9i.

Well they did enough work to actually make it work, which is sadly more than I can say for Braiins. Most miners just want stuff that works, we don't care that much about how it was coded or modded. Like I'm not going to bother trying to resell the miner when there's another firmware that works and saves me time/hassle.

Skipping a model because of "demand" is lazy. Maybe the team isn't getting paid enough to feel motivated, mining fees too low or something. Tongue
