Majority of the complaints about Casino always started by newbies there's nothing new this is how they attack casino. I believe it's competitors who do this or a casino owners who just want to hook more people by making a thread with complaints and later resolved. This part is for percent, as guessed by OP, percent for invalid cases is usually high if we count for brands with considerable sample sizes.
Percent here for resolved cases are calculated by total resolved cases / total accusations. Indeed, it would be more accurate if we do as follows: total resolved cases/ total valid cases, but I skipped it for now.
