For me? Yeah, I blame myself a lot too, maybe even too much.

But I’d love to hear your story. I’m sure you’ve also been hard on yourself, not just after losses but even after wins.
Can you share a specific moment you’ll never forget? One where you held yourself fully accountable, regretted it deeply, and promised, ‘Never again’?
Gambling will gradually get you addicted to its deep addiction. This happens to me too. The most annoying thing about gambling is that after increasing your money several times, you continue gambling and then lose all your balance. Because as long as you have a balance, there is no magic on that money. When all your money becomes zero, then you regret a lot. And at that time it is normal to blame yourself. I myself have blamed myself a lot because of various gambling activities. I enjoyed gambling a lot but I lost a huge amount of money there.
Addiction or addiction has a great chance of happening to everyone who gambles and this does lead them to gamble continuously by wanting a bigger win, I myself admit that I have experienced this and with this incident I have lost my property because I wanted a big win in gambling which made me sell some of my assets but the results I got were nothing but stress that burdened my mind at this time I blamed myself for the wrong actions and made it a lesson. The key is not to expect much from gambling just enjoy it and accept the defeat that occurred.
