Yeah it's almost weird, why do newbies always come up with unproven accusations? It's like a cabal is attacking this casino with everything... just conjecture.
There are many scammers, it's easy to create a new account anywhere and try something. But sooner or later, casinos catch them in some scam (mostly sports betting), lock their account and seize the funds they have at that moment. Then new accounts are opened here (and elsewhere) and the crying begins... last attempts to get money. Sometimes they are easy to spot, but there are also those who are very skilled at deception.
We see lots of this situation happen since we can't deny that those abuser is also a butthurt which trying to find some sympathy of people then create fake accusation towards the casino.
But their attempt would never work especially if the casino have proof that they are violator or they can't present something and just post here their lies.
Accuser who use new accounts does not have any credibility that's why its easy to spot if they tell lie since if their issue is legitimate for sure they can immediately present their proofs without creating any further dramas.
