That’s something that has always baffled me,
Just how are these complaints always coming from newbies, even with the fact that some of the ranked up users here do use the same casino, they hardly come by any serious issues regarding deposit, forfeited funds and closure of betting accounts but somehow, it’s a regular thing amongst the newbies.
Majority of the complaints about Casino always started by newbies there's nothing new this is how they attack casino. I believe it's competitors who do this or a casino owners who just want to hook more people by making a thread with complaints and later resolved. That's a part of marketing so there's nothing new it's normal.
I think it is more clearer with your point on this matter. It is just clearly about competition and they’re using this as a competitive edge to stop people from using the casino. They’re deliberately doing it since we have recorded only newbies complaining which makes it more fishy that they don’t want to disclose their real identity. Until a proof is provided and the customer support says something about their claim to not be false, they are just baseless facts and just trying to tarnish the image of the casino.
Well, in this case, I like to maintain my neutrality for the sake of justice, for it could be either way. However, unlike many others who might say it's newbie or that, if we go down that lane in many cases on the forum, we would discourage fairness, you mustn't be a high rank member before you get justice. Now, for us to know the truth, the accuser must be ready to furnish us with the proof, otherwise, the allegation is futile. Even in the law court, won't the judge work based on the presented evidence? It's as simple as that. Unfortunately, what I read last about this guy shows he has no proof, so this allegation should be buried. Who knows if they are paid actors targeting the casino?
