When a gambler overspends and there is no direct results and just only losses, they cannot avoid stress if they don't stop.

The hard acceptance of losing is going to cost them a lot of money if they won't do any other actions but keep on trying to recover their losses.

They don't know when to stop until someone tells them to and when they see nothing is left anymore to them.

Some people say they want to relieve their stress with gambling but at the end they become stressed with gambling, the simple losses will not cause stress but when the person is not gambling for fun but for the purpose or making money and if they are gambling with big amount that is supposed to be spent on something else, that's when they will feel so bad after they lose the money.
Hahaha, that is true.

They think that they will relieve their stress through gambling but they've just taken the stress with more addition to their heads.

We have to be better than that if we're in actual losses, we don't want to do something crazy to add up to what we're already struggling with in our heads.

True, being practical is needed to avoid gaining more stress when dealing with your loses, gambler needs to understand what they are dealing with knowing inside gambling two things can possibly happen, either you'll win some or you'll your deposit, having that understanding may gives you idea if how much you can afford to let go and how much you'll willing to cash out once the taget already reached.

Adding money when you already lose your first deposit will lead you to more frustraitions once you lose also the the additional deposit.
