I have read about most successful businessmen, and almost all of them accepted the fact that risk-taking is important in the race to becoming successful in business. It is even more risky not to take risks because life itself is a risk. After you have done enough feasibility studies of a business, the next stage is to invest and don't be intimidated by fear.

Personal and can be controlled just like fear of mistakes.
Procrastination is another enemy of progress. People want to make decisions at a time convenient for them. They keep on postponing actions until it becomes too late. The best time to take that action is when it is needed not when it is comfortable.
Sure, every successful man or woman is a risk taker, if you can not take risk then you are not ready to be successfully in life.
Also commitment and consistent is another great key to success.
When you are committed and consistent to your craft it put you exceptional, unique and way higher than your pairs.
However, being successful simply means you most be decipline, determine hardworking etc.
