No, this is frowned upon and will almost certainly lead to you receiving negative feedback if discovered.

If a DT member tags you for something stupid involving merit (ie. probably anything less than selling merit), then they're not going to be a DT member for much longer.
As the system is mostly decentralized, except that theymos can blacklist people from time to time, we cannot say that one statement is more correct than the other. I didn't remember the hilarious quote, as I think the community has generally gone by what theymos says, neutral tagging these cases at most.
I see that Vod has red tagged the receiving account. I don't know if we will have drama about it.
