I don't think chips.gg has any intention to steal someone's money. I am sure your friend either violated their rules or abused their system. If he did nothing, he should get his funds back. So, ask your friend to create a scam accusation thread against chips.gg, and I will push them to review his case. But I have a feeling that your friend is at fault. I have been following Chips.gg for a while. They had negative feedback, and they even stopped their signature campaign a couple of years ago. Then I followed the scam accusation thread on casino.guru, where they won the case. Hope for the best.
