The question is why I cannot retrieve my funds from self excluded account but I able to keep playing even the casino knowing me by IP address, browser fingerprint etc... ?[...]
Umm... to be sure we are all on the same page here, that first exclusion is permanent exclusion or temporary? And how long was it after the first exclusion kick in that you create your second account? Days? Weeks? Before the first one got excluded?
