If you don't mind help us understand, why do you refuse to do video KYC? You've sent everything, so basically --safe to say-- they know who you are and what face they'll expect to see in their screen during video KYC. You have no more thing to hide [to protect your privacy] from them. Unless... that face is currently not possible to be presented to live video conversation for one or two specific reason?
