You should be aware that they're more focused on winning the Europea League so they'll automatically qualify for the Champions league, therefore their Premier League performance shouldn't be a suprise to you. I'm not even suprised they lose to wolves today, cause they rested lots of players so they'll be fit for the Europea League and that's understandable but were I'll be disappointed with the team as a fan is if after they rested those players, they end up losing to Bilbao. Manchester United needs to win Atletico Bilbao and move to those finals, there would be no excuse for failure. Anyways they tried today and I'm impressed with some youth players, especially Obi Martins and Harry Amass, they're developing well.

There are only a few players used in the squad against Lyon and the rest are the same. This is the comparison and in the end Amorim can't deny that their dominance of the match is okay but it is still difficult to create opportunities. The reason for fatigue may be reasonable but when losing to a team like Wolves whose position is even below Man United means the point is Amorim still can't break Wolves strategy.
