Those in your list are the lightest client that you can get if you do not want to send the Private View Key to the server.
For example: "Feather" IMO is the Electrum of Monero.

It does but it's complicated to give an ETA to OP since he didn't specified his machine/device's specs.

The major contribution to the light client's sync speed is still the staring height anyways.
Even a powerful PC can take hours to sync if it has to start from 10+ years ago.
