I remembered Fake-toshi with him. The man who wasted lots of time, and lots of money just to claim that he's Satoshi, but he ended up miserably.

He can sue anybody, but I don't know if the court will spend their precious time to a person that has a Satoshi-related case yet again. I just hope that this will not push through and that person who tweeted will not waste his time and money just for something that even the government genuinely don't even know... or do they? 

Well, he can do anything that he wants. He can spend his free time saying that "The government knows who Satoshi is." and still end up miserably just like what happen to Fake-toshi. TBH, I'm not surprised that there's somebody that will dig Satoshi's identity despite the fact that Satoshi's identity is still unknown until now. Talking about how far humans can go. Well, I guess he's just clout chasing, eh?
