So if someone is a beginner to bitcoin and they have a budget of $100 per week to buy bitcoin, they probably should be using most of that to buy bitcoin right away, and sure, if they want to hold back $25 for buying the dip, then maybe that is reasonable, since they would still dedicating the majority of their weekly allowance to buying right away.
Additionally, executing buying right away is the most important thing. of course the $25 for the dip is also a good way to accumulate more bitcoin in a cheaper price however the uncertainty of when next one will see the dips makes it more crucial to buy most at the given time and price as bitcoin volatility does not give a predictability for one to know when they can grab the dips.

As a newbie and/or beginner in the bitcoin accumulation journey, guys shouldn't be fixed on trying to find the dips but buy at every given opportunity because what guys might consider expensive at a point could be the last given opportunity to buy at that price hence buying consistently and/or consecutively is very much encouraged.

I agree with you on this. The last opportunity to buy a dip should never be missed. Moreover, the hope of buying a dip often keeps a person in a state of inferiority and despair.
He has to pay attention to the market price again and again to see when the price will drop. At some point, when the market just starts to rise, the person's regrets are endless. Then he starts saying to himself, "Why didn't he buy when he made the decision?" So whenever someone feels that he needs to invest in BTC, he should stick to his decision without taking any outside advice. And if someone is thinking of investing consistently, then he should set the investment date the day after the date on which his monthly income comes.
This will reduce his chances of forgetting.
think you miss understood what JJG is saying, and I think what JJG is saying is that as a beginner who is just starting his or her bitcoin accumulation journey, that he or she shouldn't be fixed on trying to find the dips, but he or she should buy bitcoin at every given opportunity, because what they might consider expensive at a point could be the last given opportunity to buy at that price, that buying bitcoin consistently is very much encouraged. and not the last opportunity to buy a dip just as you said above so in case of next time he very careful in reading what JJG wrote and make sure you understood what JJG is saying before making any reply or contribution.
