i would not say centralized casinos are doing some big manipulation but still if they had nothing to hide they would be open to implementing this kind of system
No they can't open up their systems because they first and foremost use software from external game developers. I don't know if there is any way for them to tamper with anything, but I hope that is not the case. Those using decentralized casinos, which I agree is nice to have, I think most of them don't check the seed after every single time they rolled the dice.
