A good list of services you have here, my friend! I've used only two of the exchangers listed here, eXch and Quickex.
eXch is closing soon, so I will consider Quickex as a service for exchanging my cryptocurrency. I came across this exchanger by accident and have already conducted several exchanges, everything is fine. I was advised to contact their support to check my address before the exchange, so they can guarantee 100% exchange without blocking. Apparently, their liquidity provider requires them to accept only clean cryptocurrencies (or crypto with an acceptable level of risk, since mine had a small percentage of risk). I am pleased that in return they send absolutely clean crypto. I hope there won't be any issues with them in the future, in any case I know that they have a topic here

This unknown and shady Quickex can't be compared with eXch. While eXch is highly recommended, Quickex should be highly avoided. The mere fact that the latter requires KYC means they're total opposites.
You mentioned about checking of address to guarantee 100% exchange without blocking. As far as user complaints are concerned, they're locking funds. They'll freeze coinjoined and mixed funds. Moreover, subscribing to the idea of clean and dirty coins is a big no for many Bitcoin users.
On top of all this, I guess BestChange even kicked them out. Trustpilot also made their reviews unavailable once for guideline violations.
