And you focus more on crypto-to-crypto transactions instead of crypto-to-fiat, which fits better with a decentralized model.

Also, if you're not planning to offer email support, how exactly will users be able to reach out for help or raise concerns? Will it be through Telegram, or are you considering a more privacy-focused chat app like SimpleX? It’s important to have a clear and reliable support channel, especially if privacy and decentralization are core principles.
