While I can't tie these two accounts together directly, I can link Dr.Bitcoin_Strange to at least a dozen other alt accounts, going all the way back to 2020. And while some of these accounts are banned, some are not and are currently enrolled in other campaigns. So he has no excuse not to repay his loan to shasan. He should do this if he doesn't want the other accounts tagged or banned.
