There is one big thing you have to know. The live chat support is ABSOLUTELY useless! When I spoke with them about the same thing months ago they also said the requirement is done. You know why they say that? Because first of all they don't know the rules themselves, and they want to close support tickets as fast as possible.
Never take any info you get from them as a fact, because most of the time they know nothing. That was one of the main reasons I left BC and my relatively high VIP account (platinum 61) behind. If even the support is telling you nonsense what else can you believe. Better to take the business somewhere else.
