Well, there must be a reason why you are not doing video verification, right? They won't "scam" for such ridiculous amounts. Requesting KYC is the most normal thing and it's written in their TOS. If you don't want to do it it's up to you but then don't cry and make a scam accusation. If you choose to play at a site you know too well that KYC can happen, it's nothing new.
