Smart strategies are entirely possible in sports betting; it’s wrong to say that there are no smart strategies in gambling if by gambling we mean sports betting (betting in general). One example of a smart strategy in sports betting is the “value” strategy. It’s based on the “edge of the bookmaker’s line.” Simply put, you analyze the bookmaker’s bets, look for inaccuracies in the odds, and try to play on them. In the long run, this can bring you profit.
In fact, there can be no smart strategies in casino games that are completely based on luck. However, even there, strategies are possible. For example, the Martingale strategy. In general, this strategy is unprofitable, since you are playing a game with a negative mathematical expectation, if we are talking about games like roulette or dice, but sometimes luck can be on your side.
As I do not see smart strategy that can be used to win while gambling with casino games, also I do not see any smart strategy that can be used to win bookmakers. The start of someone thinking of making money while betting, that could most likely be the start of increasing the money he wants to be using to bet. The person should not be surprised if he later finds himself losing than expected. I do not see anything as smart strategy. I only see strategies but which people should not think as smart strategies or a strategy that can be used to make money while gambling.
I either don't think if there had been any smart strategy in gambling that is applicable to give us winning whenever it is applied.
We mostly talk about strategic playing in both the casinos and the gambling events in general but never had it been proven that such strategy is reliable that carries winning power against the bookmakers. Instead, we only wins by luck after all applications of the so smart strategies and that is why we can not secure consecutive winnings for a long time.
Infact, if there must be a recognized strategy around the horizon of gambling or betting, it should be sticking to just gamble responsibly that it would not affect our bankrolls knowing that gambling can not be assumed to be a source of income rather than fun while we risks our funds to bet if we can be able to win and make profits out of it.
The smart strategies never works except for following responsible gambling plans so that your relatives and friends don't call you stupid after loosing your hard earned values on bets.
