Well there is always consequences to all his action. We don't know yet what would be the result to all his policies but seeing Bitcoin is making its way up, maybe his goal is closer to achieved by doing all his crazy ideas.
The consequence? The effect of Trump's action will linger for decades, it will change the economic landscape of the US and will reduce its dominance in the world space.

As for Bitcoin, though it can be affected for a while, it will dust itself off because Bitcoin is being controlled by a large community of die-hard players.

If the US did the right thing by making countries and allies feel important, it would continue to dominate politically, and possibly, the de-dollarisation agenda may fail or be weakened. Not what Trump is doing, that friends, partners and allies are now like enemies. They wouldn't care about another alliance.
