After using their service for years I am sad to learn they closed.
It was the closest to a crypto payment, with no refunds.
After LibertReserve, ePassport, ePayments, this is another payment processor closing .
It's sad to learn about the closure of Perfect Money. It started in 2007 and gained traction after the US government clamped down and closed Liberty Reserve. Perfect Money beat the government in their games until the era of cryptocurrency, still, they did fight in the competitive industry, but regulation has never been on its side, which makes companies sceptical of dealing with it again.
I last used PM in late 2024 and still have a little amount there, which I don't give a thought to. But suddenly, all brokers around the world stopped using the service at the same time, around November/December. I guess it's because of the regulators' warning. That must have been the reason why PM closed for service. Who else would they offer their service to? It was online brokers who helped it this far.
