Even if the issue with partial bet counting is true, I still wouldn’t be able to finish my wagering. After I started asking support for clarification, I was blocked from placing any sports bets due to an alleged “odds exploitation,” which I didn’t do.
Now I can’t place any sports bets at all, and since the bonus is only valid for sports, I’m completely stuck. I reached out to support, but they told me they can’t help.
I’d be truly grateful if the bonus could be switched to another wagering method before it expires, because the deadline is approaching fast. If anyone has a connection who can help escalate this, I’d really appreciate it I’m willing to provide screenshots of all my bets and also proof that I can no longer place any sports bets.

Yep, got a reply about an hour ago, but was just able to return to the forum now. My contact checked and you're still far from the 10x wagering requirement. I can get you the stats and provide it here if you give them permission to show it to me, but I don't think it's necessary as the progress should be visible on your account. Thus, you should have known about this and/or could check yourself before raising your complaint here with above written narrative.
About the restriction, I'll try to talk with my contact and see if they can overrule whichever department imposed the restriction. But I won't promise you anything here. And honestly, not trying to patronize or beating you down here, but it'll be very much more productive and time efficient if you start with that above instead of the whole previous narrative, so I can inquire that instead of asking the stats.
