Sort of, yea. Odds don't reflect the mockup drafts though - most have Ward as the 1st pick but there's a possibility they will still trade positions/pick a better player they can trade.
The story in which they keep picking QB's and failing with them seemed fun when writing the question.

I had it as 75% Ward, 24% Hunter and 1% somebody else. Hunter will probably have a better career than Ward - at least according to scout consensus prior to the draft itself.
