The pressure on the scammer seems to be paying off somehow
Things are developing further. I got this message, I should probably take it as a threat. Given that Namecheap has the information of the person behind these domains, a possible report to the authorities could be reasonable.

Animesh, why are you threatening our friends?
I don't like it when things get personal; imagine if someone threatened your family, your home, your friends... Not cool, not classy, not worthy of a man. Shame on you.
Perhaps you'll understand better with some real life example..?
Life can be sweet when you are in East India and when you're enjoying BTC stolen to random users of eXch, right? Why do you want to make it complicated when it could just be a long, peaceful river? Tell me.
You know, right, that simple things are the best. For example, when you do your wife's toenails:

Or when you bring her tea:

By the way, you ask our friend if he is sure of his anonymity, but what about you? Are you sure of your safety? And more importantly, what about your wife (by the way, her Instagram account @troubble_makerr shouldn't be public, just a friendly tip. This could be a real
trouble-maker for you) and family? Aren't you afraid that by targeting the wrong people, something bad could happen to them one day?

A road accident can happen so quickly, or a boating accident... You know better than we do; Indian infrastructure has its dangers.

This message is a clear show of support for the person and well wishes for his personal safety, after fucking with dangerous criminal organizations who have lots of money to spend on potential retaliation.
There is no threat, direct or implied.
As you explained so well, my message is not a threat neither, but a friendly message inviting you to be cautious. I know Indians who, for less than half a BTC, would come to explain to your wife, your family, your employer, or even to you directly that one must know how to stay in their place and be careful.
If I were you, honestly, I would continue to enjoy my wife and life; I wouldn't let greed ruin everything.
