The casinos are not manipulating anything, you are just lucky. I used to think that every beginner had some sort of luck but that's not actually the case, if an Intermediate player had bet on that same game the gambler would have also won, the casinos don't really look out for beginners to lure into gambling, that's just what we have been made me believe according to our previous experiences. Luck is just a matter of hitting the right timing
I agree that if an intermediate player had played same game they would have won just like the newbie who's a first timer but some how it's commonly found amongst newbies to win their games more often at their first attempt than they do subsequently and that's why there's always this taught that there's some sort of beginners luck actually, there are some beginners who do not get lucky too at their first trial so it's basically relative and actually with all of the beginners but it been commonly found amongst them made it look like it's some kind of occurrence that usually takes place often. Luck sometimes is beyond hitting the right timing because most times it's unexpected.
