Your realisation is correct; there is not a perfect strategy that will guarantee winning back what has been lost to gambling. The best strategy at that time to adhere to is to quit gambling for that day and not to make any further bets, as it will result in losing more, adding to the already lost one, because once our mood is affected, the type of gambling judgement we will make will be harsh, and the end result will always turn out to be negative.
The money that is wagered in gambling in a bet and lost is very unlikely to be able to return, there is a chance to be able to return the money that has been lost in gambling but it is very slim considering that players will only get a win depending on luck which will only happen occasionally and do not know when it will happen.
Therefore, do not regret the defeat that occurs because basically we gamble have a great chance of losing so that is why you have to gamble with a view to having fun.
The best strategy to practice to enjoy a peaceful and funfilled gambling experience is to alway consider every money or funds allocated to gambling as a money already lost..
This is what I've been practicing and I must confess that it has helped me positively over the years, it's just like it's normally said that there is no gain in crying over a spilled milk, so also when you consider the funds allocated to gambling to be lost even before you start gambling with the fund, if you end up losing it, there is absolutely no reason to cry over the lost money or even get angry because this money was already lost before you even started gambling with it.

And if you are lucky enough to make a winning instead, that becomes a nice bonus, but the most important advantage with this practice is that it ensures you are gambling simply for fun and not with some form of expectations.
