It's not a belief, I'm 99.9% sure of it. If the ownership didn't change, I'd be extremely surprised because way too many things point to that being the case. Not just the downtime and all but other things as well that haven't been talked about here.
Yeah, it is hard to believe that an owner will operate his platform like this after operating the platform well for this long time. Also, I don't understand how responsible a casino owner is if they decide to sell their platform to another person, knowing they may misuse the reputation they earned. I know a casino owner who could sell his casino for millions of dollars, but he did not sell his casino. He closed it instead.
Whoever the current owner is, they are not responsible at all. If it is the old owner, he is not responsible at all. If it is the new owner, I would still say the old owner did it wrong by selling the platform to a irresponsible team.
