I contacted xchange.me, and I got confirmation that .cx is a phishing site.
Unfortunately, only praise for the effort without any desire to participate in this action.Who knows, perhaps they tried in the past to bring that (and many others) down but it all proved abortive. Hence, their nonchalance at this recent effort. Scammers are stubbornly persistent like pests. It takes repeated action to deter them.
