I sent BTC to exchange to ETH, the BTC confirmed and eXch claimed to send ETH to my address but the transaction doesn't lead anywhere?

Just give it some time, it took them a while to get to me but you should be good soon.
They sent me an ETH txid but it doesn't lead anywhere so no amount of waiting will fix that
