Knowing the owner, that is too perfect to be true. Hackers can program their hack tools and try using it for massively finding victims and they probably don't know who are their victims as well as true identity of victims so true wallet owners.
Knowing the owner of a wallet can not help the hacker too much, if it won't give him hint to access wallet with key word, key character for wallet password bruteforce. Hackers can not visit a home of wallet owner and ask for help with detail for accessing the hacked wallet.
