Hey, its been a week now, since u writted to Razor and stiil nobody answered me from their team.
Hi, sorry that I forgot to give you a follow up. Razer's reply is basically --summarized-- if you've escalate to compliance, it'll better to wait for them to handle it. So far though, there is no case with your email address being escalated to Razer, that means either the compliance are yet to get a hand into your case or they're able to sort the thing themselves that they don't need Razer to intervene.
It's been almost 5 months and they still havent returned my money..
