Dear BitcoinTalk Community,

I’m exposing Duelbits.com, a Curacao-licensed crypto casino, for their predatory practices, gross negligence in responsible gambling, and deceptive operations that cost me $71,338.44 (deposits: $77,962.40, withdrawals: $6,623.96) over 2021–2025. My experience reveals a calculated scheme to exploit vulnerable players, with evidence of staff misconduct and regulatory violations. Below are the undeniable facts, backed by transaction records, to warn others and demand accountability.

Predatory Gambling Practices with No Safeguards
From 2021 to 2024, I deposited $49,000+, and from November 2024 to February 2025, I poured an additional $25,000+ into their VIP platform, including $4,000+ on January 13, 2025, alone. Despite clear red flags—erratic betting, high-volume deposits, and minimal withdrawals (even when up 5x on deposits)—Duelbits failed to enforce KYC, verify source of funds, or implement any responsible gambling measures. Their “Responsible Gambling Policy” is a hollow facade, as they profited from my distress during financial and emotional turmoil without a single intervention, violating Curacao gaming standards.

Deceptive Staff Overlap with Stake.com
My Duelbits VIP host, “Albert,” was unmasked as “Alexander” on Stake.com, a supposedly unrelated platform. Evidence confirms it’s the same person using different aliases. Duelbits brushed this off as “spare time” work, while Stake.com denied any link, exposing a lack of transparency and potential collusion. This crossover suggests a coordinated network designed to exploit players across brands while dodging accountability, undermining trust in both platforms.

Refusal to Provide Betting History
Despite repeated demands, Duelbits has withheld my full betting history, including individual bets and game outcomes, providing only partial transaction data (e.g., “kingd12” file). This deliberate withholding violates transparency obligations under Curacao regulations and prevents me from auditing my activity, further evidencing their intent to obscure their negligence.

Illegal Denial of Refund
Duelbits rejected my $71,338.44 refund claim, ignoring a Curacao court precedent mandating refunds after self-exclusion. They only imposed a permanent self-exclusion after I escalated my complaints—a blatant attempt to evade liability. Transaction records show $77,962.40 in deposits against just $6,623.96 in withdrawals, with no intervention during massive loss streaks. Their claim of “no legal grounds” for a refund is a lie, given their failure to protect a vulnerable player.

Evasive and Unaccountable Support
Duelbits’ support, led by “Joao” and the Head of Support, has stonewalled my inquiries with delayed (e.g., 10-day gaps), vague, or non-existent responses. They declared the matter “closed” without addressing my evidence or concerns, a cowardly tactic to silence dissent. Their refusal to engage directly while claiming readiness to cooperate with regulators is a hollow gesture that reeks of guilt.

Call to Action
I’ve exhausted private resolution attempts, offering Duelbits multiple chances to provide transparency, explain their failures, or refund my losses. Their defiance forces me to go public. I urge the BitcoinTalk community to:

Boycott Duelbits.com and scrutinize platforms like Stake.com for similar misconduct.

Sincerely,
KingBJ21
