Truly your selection here shows that you are a guy that understands the game very well, because victor osimhen and Nico Williams will be a massive upgrade on the current attackers and wingers at Chelsea right now, but what I really don't like is the central back list, I don't trust any of them here, Chelsea team is seriously lacking experience and quality at the back, most of the names listed down here are just players with potential, no experience, and this has been the major reason Chelsea are struggling this season, the hierarchy of Chelsea fancies babies over experience which is a major barrier in their abilities to compete with the very best.
I would be quite happy if they can sign victor osimhen and Nico Williams because in as much as they are quite young, they are also experience players, and Victor osimhen especially is a big personality that will not just be of help in the field of play, but also in the dressing room.

But the big question is, will Todd boehly and co act wisely and sign this two players and a more experience central back?
 No, I don't think so, because he is too obsessed with signing kids thinking that the English premier league is an under 18 competition.
