Same thing with serchan but he has logged in as recently as the 17th.
Just watch Crypto Mining In Nigeria video on youtube from oneminers, tehy show all the power plants and some mining parts, the power plants are apparently government owned, but they produce more electricity, than the whole state can use, so they started a project for crypto miners...

FWIW, it's likely those account (for shilling oneminers, asicprofit and other involved probable scam website) belong to same people or group. But it's weird many of them are still not nuked, despite persistent SEO spam/shilling and probable ban evasion.
