LuckyBlock has a previous unresolved case against them, according to my list. I can try to call their rep here, but I guess that'll be useless, as my previous invitation to attend the said case failed to reach them. I don't think they even use their rep account anymore, it's been collecting dust for years.

That said, I guess your best chance will be to try to escalate this to CG or AG, as they seems to respond there.

Umm, just to be sure and clear of any confusion, that'll be you who have to raise the complaint to the ADR, no one else could, as you're the one with the issue. Do you need a pointer on how to raise complaints in these ADR?

Alternative Dispute Resolution. In layman terms, a third party that's "authorized" to mediate dispute between casino and players.

They facilitate a way to make sensitive-content posts to be private and/or reviewing evidences on for-selected-eyes-only basis, thus enabling casinos and players to share their supporting evidence in confidence as the data will not be shared publicly.
